Meet the Team
Co-Founder, CEOMisti Cutler
Hi, I’m Misti Cutler, Co-founder of Sunshine Collective.
I’m a wife, homeschool mama, business owner, and creative strategist with a passion for helping people bring their vision to life.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, I’ve spent years combining relationship-building, organization, and creative storytelling to help businesses grow and connect with the people they serve.
I believe every business has a story worth telling. Whether it’s through social media, branding, video content, or marketing strategy, my goal is to help business owners show up confidently, build meaningful connections, and create lasting impact.
After years of working behind the scenes supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and growing organizations, I created Sunshine Collective to bring together creativity, strategy, and community under one mission: helping people shine.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, Dave, and our two daughters, enjoying a good book, cheering on my girls, loving on our dogs, or dreaming about the next way we can serve our community.
At Sunshine Collective, we’re more than a creative agency - we’re building something bigger. Our vision is to create a family-driven organization that serves businesses today while laying the foundation for future community outreach, home assistance projects, and support for first responders and their families.
Thank you for being here. We can’t wait to help tell your story.
COO, Director of Community Impact
Dave Cutler
Hi, I’m Dave Cutler, COO of Sunshine Collective.
My career has been built on service, leadership, and helping people navigate challenges with confidence and integrity.
Before entering the construction industry, I proudly served as a police officer, dedicating my career to protecting and serving my community. Following an injury that led to my retirement from law enforcement, I transitioned into construction management, where I’ve continued to lead teams, oversee projects, and solve complex problems with the same commitment to excellence and service.
Today, I bring years of experience in operations, project management, leadership, and strategic planning to Sunshine Collective. My role focuses on helping turn vision into action - ensuring our projects, partnerships, and future initiatives are built on a strong foundation.
As Sunshine Collective grows, I’m especially passionate about our long-term mission to support first responders, strengthen communities, and create opportunities to serve families in meaningful ways.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, tackling home projects, enjoying the outdoors, and supporting the people and causes that matter most.
I believe that leadership is about serving others, showing up when it matters, and leaving things better than you found them. That’s the spirit I bring to Sunshine Collective every day.
Co-Founder, Creative DirectorIsabelle Cutler
Hi, I’m Isabelle Cutler, Creative Director at Sunshine Collective.
I’m currently pursuing a degree in Film and Digital Media at the University of North Georgia, where I combine creativity, technology, and storytelling to create engaging visual content.
My experience includes video editing, graphic design, branding, social media content creation, and digital media production. While I enjoy many aspects of design, my true passion is bringing ideas to life through video storytelling and creative visuals that connect with people on a deeper level.
I love helping businesses transform their message into content that is both beautiful and meaningful. Whether I’m editing videos, designing graphics, building brand assets, or developing creative concepts, my goal is to create work that feels authentic and leaves a lasting impression.
At Sunshine Collective, I work alongside my mom to blend creativity with strategy, helping businesses tell their stories in a way that is both impactful and memorable.
When I’m not creating, you’ll usually find me exploring new design trends, learning new editing techniques, working on personal creative projects, or spending time with family and friends.
I believe every story deserves to be seen, heard, and shared - and I’m honored to help bring those stories to life.
